Background
Buyers remorse isn’t just limited to cars and gadgets, but can also affect homeowners. In this case a new homeowner purchased a property without a driveway, then upon learning the cost to construct the driveway, tried to rescind the sale on the grounds that the driveway construction is too expensive.
Outcome
After reviewing the documents provided by the original seller, I concluded that the driveway was indeed shown as proposed and was not attempting to deceive the buyer.
